It's Official

Well as official as the Army can be to this point, it could change. Jamie and his family's new duty station will be in Korea...Jamie re-enlisted in the Army and is changing his MOS, he will be a Air Traffic Controller. He starts AIT (schooling) In March of next year, Mary and the boys will stay in Alaska til he his done then they will all go to Korea for 2 years.

Found Pocahontas!

I have been looking for a wig for Madison for halloween. Her Grandma Jennie gave her a Pocahontas costume that she(Grandma Jennie) wore years ago. Madison has been really excited to wear it this year but said she had to have the wig or it won't be the same. Well I found one last week with Alicia while we were at Walmart. Today I let Madison try it on...

An Awesome Friend

Today my friend Alicia made Madison the cutest present for her birthday...it is a bath sheet towel with her nick name on it, Madi Bear. She (Madison) really likes it and can't wait to take a bath tonight and use it. Thanks Alicia you are so sweet!

Poor Nose

Not a fun thing to go through just a couple of days before your birthday...Monday night Madison was complaining about her throat hurting, so of coarse we did the gargling thing and put her in bed. The next day she didn't go to school and by the afternoon her allergies were way out of control, her throat is all better though. Well this morning when she got up it was a lot worse than last night. I keep telling her she needs to get better because tomorrow is her birthday...so here are some pictures of her poor nose!

New Cut

I have been going through alot of emotion right now and decided to go get my haircut...I know I can hear you now~ "NEVER get your hair cut when your emotion are everywhere!" I really like it!!! My hair is soooooo thick and heavy so it is so much cooler now. Maybe it's a new me.......

First Day Back!

So I am 3 days late getting these put on here....Here are some pictures of Madison on her first day back to school. Has you can see she is totally shinning from ear to ear! She had a GREAT first day. She does wish they would start giving out homework!!! (yes I know she is weird, most kids would love to have a week free from no homework!)

Tonight we went and met Madison teacher...she is so TOTALLY stoked! She has Mr. Reschke he was her 2nd grade teacher. Monday can not come soon enough for her, 4th grade here she comes...Saturday we are going clothes and school supplies shopping. I can't believe how much stuff they have to have,I am afraid for high school....!

We were able to go to Safford for the 24th Celebration...It was real nice, not to hot or humid, there was alot of clouds thought it might rain but no....Here is a few pictures I took while there.

School is almost here.....!

Madison is so ready to start school again. As some of you know we really had a hard time getting her motivated to go to school at the end of last year. That is no way Madison, she is usually up and ready to go to school before Bill and I are even up in the morning. Well we figured out by her Aims testing and talking to her that she was not doing good in her new school, I am not going to point fingers and bad mouth but she has gone to better schools before. Anyways we have her going back to Canyon Breeze were she loved it! She is back to the old Madison counting down the days til she is back in school...I will have to drive her to school but it is worth her education! School count down is 1 week and 4 days as of this blog...YAHOO!

They`re gone!

Madison lost 2 of her bottom teeth...Two Sundays ago Madison's tooth finally came out, it had been loose forever. Then last night the other came out just as she was lying down for bed in fact it fell on the floor and we had to find it, that was adventure in itself! She says she is now just a half vampire...Leave it to Madison!

Zucchini Makeover

The other day Madison picked our 1st zucchini out of our garden, she was so excited. So tonight I cut it up and cooked it, except for 1 piece. Madison took a bite out of the center (it was cut in half) and put the piece under her front lip. It looked so funny like those ladies you see on TV right after they have had botox...It was really funny and then she would smile! The pictures don't do it justice!
