Today we harvested all our carrots from our garden and we have tons!!! I called my brother to see if he wanted any of them. He said," Didn't you already harvest all of them the last time we were out there?" I told the Hubby to cut back on the carrots next year!

Char - juice them and had some celery and apples and it's a wonderful tasting drink in the morning. That's a great bunch of carrots. Oh, by the way, we are just about settled in Mt. Pleasant and are doing well even though we are still tired from the trips, etc. Have a pickling cuke, cantaloupe, pear tomato & elephant garlic in the ground plus flowers. Limited space until all the weeds, rock and dirt is made into lawn. Would love to hear from you.
