Madison and Lorin's matching arm bandsWell late Saturday night, Madison started having severe pain in her right ear. Of coarse me being Mom, I give medicine to her, hold her,rock her and say everything will be alright. That didn't work, her crying got louder (to were I am sure the neighbors heard) to were I took her to the ER. We arrived at 11:25pm and it seemed like it took forever to get seen, but it wasn't that bad. As we were checking in a nurse named Ricky, who we know very well because how often we go with our families, made Lorin (the Bear from earlier posts) a matching arm band like Madison's. After being seen by a nurse and then the doctor coming in, he decided that her eardrum had ruptured. No wonder she was crying, pour girl. After getting prescriptions for pain and infections, we got home at 3:15am! The doctor was very nice to Madison and gave her "2" small stuffed bears, which she has proudly named, Brandon and LeAnn, which are Lorin's Brother and Mother.

That is so horrible :( I am glad they knew what was wrong and were able to give her medicine.
