Zucchini Makeover

The other day Madison picked our 1st zucchini out of our garden, she was so excited. So tonight I cut it up and cooked it, except for 1 piece. Madison took a bite out of the center (it was cut in half) and put the piece under her front lip. It looked so funny like those ladies you see on TV right after they have had botox...It was really funny and then she would smile! The pictures don't do it justice!

Getting Closer!

It is not to long before we head out for our 2nd George Crawford Family Reunion. We are looking forward to the cooler weather in Prescott!!!! Our son Jamie will be coming in from Alaska and I can't wait to see him, it has been to long. We are expecting about 30 people...So picture will follow as soon as we get back and I can post them...

Alone Time...

This week Madison is spending time with Brittany,David and the girls. Alicia and I drove her over on Monday afternoon. (Thanks Alicia!) The rest of the day Alicia and I spent time going to Target just looking around and talking, we then met Barron at Taco Bell (big spenders we are). I then went back to Alicia and we played games with Sam...I totally ran Sam into the ground at the 2nd game of Farkle! (What was it 10,500 to 750~Special Sam...lol) Had a blast they are the coolest!!! I then went and pick up Bill from work and we stopped back by Alicia's and Barron's to talk for awhile, then it was off to our home.
Tuesday I slept in til 10:20am, it was wonderful! (since I was up til 2:13am) Anyways cleaned the house some and then took Bill to work. While I was doing that Cheria called and was seeing what I was doing. I then went over to her house to go swimming, it was fun. The Stinnett's came over too, it was so fun watching them all play in the water and Adam and Conner learning to swim. So now I am home getting ready to go to Tanya's birthday dinner at Red Robin with Cheria and the rest of the girls! On the schedule tomorrow is a doctors appointment in the morning and then off to get my hair colored at Mariona's...
I love Madison but it sure has been fun doing somethings for myself...you know us mom's need some alone time. When she comes back we have a family reunion we will be going too and swimming lesson will start for her. Then in July Madison and I are going to go see WICKED! Madison is soooo excited, you can't even imagine it!!! I believe she knows the whole CD by heart. (sorry me just blabbing on and on)

Today was LeAnn's (I know she won't mind) 50th Birthday...She looks amazing!!! Last week for her birthday present she went SKY DIVING!!!! That is totally amazing....I told her have fun, there is NO way I would ever do that. I saw the pictures from it and she looked great. So tonight her wonderful husband (my brother Craig) gave her a birthday party with family and friends. So Happy Birthday LeAnn!!!

Today Madison and I were in Dollar Tree. Well she saw those eye covers that you wear to sleep in to keep the light out. Well she had to have the pink ones! So of coarse the Mother that I am, if a picture op comes I take it!!!

Gavin: Going Home

As some of you know Gavin had to be taken to Tucson to be admitted to TMC. They figured out that he had, pyloric stenosis which is basically the muscle in his lower stomach was closed. They did surgery on him Thursday. Everything went well and he is on his way home today! Thank you to all of you and for your prayers.

1. Son Zane called and sang primary song, Happy Happy Birthday Mommy Dear...

2. Granddaughter Zoe says, Happy Birthday Grandma, I love you! (melted my heart)

3. Drove to Mesa picked up Brittany and the girls drove out to Queen Creek

4. Went to lunch at Arriba's Mexican Grill with Brittany and the girls, My Mom, Craig and LeAnn.

5. Drove back home to get Madison from school, was a little late, so Cheria came and was with her for me...(thanks Cheria!)

6. Borrowed movies from Cheria and came home and watched some of them.

7. Alicia and Barron came by and brought me this awesome gift (love it!) Julie also stopped by with a great gift, can't wait to use...thanks!

8. Picked up William from work at 8:45pm.

9. Have been on Facebook checking out all my friends and how their day went. (love your new picture's Makenna!)

10. Going to put on a movie and watch it before I go to sleep.

Totally Busy!

We have been totally busy this week, with painting Madison's new room. We have had her in the front bedroom but have decided to move her to the back one and make her old room the comp./craft room. So William and I have been busy with painting and redoing the room. I am going with a French theme to her room, so that she can grow into it, since I have been informed that she is not that little girl anymore. ( I guess the princess phase is on it's way out!) It has been fun planning but not the painting part, I just don't have the patience for painting. It will be worth it in the end. I found this picture today at Savers and brought it home and painted the frame black, it was this ugly brown frame before. When we are all finished with her room, I will post pictures.

Moving Day!

Today we got Brittany and the family moved to Mesa. They found a really cute Condo at Country Club and the Freeway. There are some young couples from their ward that live in the same complex as they do.

Relay For Life

Hey Everyone: Kyle and Jeffrey are participating in the Relay for Life in remembrance of their friend and neighbor Lorin Merkley (my nephew). They are raising funds for cancer.
